It isn’t everyday that your boss turns fifty, and that you have the opportunity to create a surprise birthday party for him.  At least that is the plan around the office – we will see if it executes successfully.

We were at a loss of what we should do for his party.  In prior years, all we had was a cake, and that was it.  This year, we were looking through birthday party ideas online to find something that can make the day unique, and make it appropriate for work.

There is only a few more days until the birthday party, so we need to figure out what we are doing quickly.  I think that the staff are all getting together tonight after work to iron out the details.  I just hope Dan, our boss, appreciates the effort we put into it – after all, you only turn fifty once!

My husband and I finally took our dream honeymoon to Europe this spring and it was definitely a dream come true. We have been married for five years and we had always planned to do this, but for some reason or another, it never worked out until this year. It was definitely worth the wait, that is for sure.

We got to go to six different countries, every one more beautiful than the next. There were, of course, some major highlights of the trip, but the whole thing was very memorable. I will never forget the moment that my husband presented me with London theatre tickets. Going to the theatre had been a dream of mine since I was a child.

I will also never forget the romantic nights we spent together in Tuscany. This will always be one of my favorite parts of the trip. Another would have to be learning to dance in Spain. There was so much to do and we crammed a lot into the little time we had. There is so much more that I want to experience, that I guess we will have to do it again, real soon.

I am looking for some books on scrapbooking page layouts, that I can use to teach scrapbooking classes. I was doing an online search for scrapbooking supplies Canada, in hopes that they would have what I was looking for. I wanted something that taught simple pages that would also look nice.

There were a few places that sold scrapbook supplies Canada that had some books available, but did not show any samples as to what kinds of pages the book contained. It worried me that I would buy the book and not like the pages or that they would be too difficult to create, so I decided not to purchase them.

In the end, I went to a Canadian scrapbook supplies store, where I could actually page through the books and find what I was looking for. I found a couple of really great books and they have helped me so much in deciding how to teach my classes. Who knows, maybe someday I will make my own book and sell it.

I am not one for plain and simple anything, so I was definitely not going to be one for plain and simple when it came to my phone. I was so excited to be the proud owner of an iPhone. The first week I had it, I downloaded so many iPhone ringtones that I thought I was crazy, but no, that is just me.

My friend has some really amazing Motorola ringtones and I was curious to see if I could find some cool ones for my own. I did not know that there were different ringtones for different cell phone brands, but, I learn something new everyday. And besides, I don’t want the same tones as she has anyway.

Since I am on a Cingular plan, I can also download Cingular ringtones, which are different than those that other phone companies have to offer. I am pretty proud of my new phone and even prouder of its incredible rings. Right now, I am playing the theme from Star Trek. Beam me up Scotty.

I want to start this off by asking a question:  why does everyone like to go shopping at the mall?

Because everything is in one place.

That is why I like it when I find a website online that has everything in one place.  Not only is it more convenient, but I don’t have to waste my time "traveling" between websites to find what I am looking for – most things would be only a click or two away.

That is why I was so excited to find ratingzone – it was a site that had everything that I was looking for.  First off, I am a big reader of net gossip – who doesn’t want to know what the celebrities are doing right now?  Okay, so maybe everyone doesn’t want to know – but for me and my interests that is what I want to read.

Not to mention my need to read the entertainment reviews about upcoming movies.  As an avid movie goer and with the high prices, you want to make sure you spend your money appropriately and only go to those movies that are worth going to.

Lastly, I like to read music reviews.  Though I don’t buy a whole lot of CDs anymore, I still like to know if an album is worth buying before I buy it – if most people say it sucks, I keep my money in my pocket.

So do I like everything in one place?  You bet – it makes my life easier.

My friend introduced me to the world of casino games on my eighteenth birthday.  He decided that since I was of legal age to gamble, I needed to learn how to play.  I didn’t win much, but we had a really good time and the food was great.  I learned a lot about gaming that day, as before this I really didn’t even play cards.  For the night, I was the student, and he was the teacher.

I must have been a good student and learned well, because the next time we went, I won quite a bit of money.  After this, I started playing some online games.  Some for money and some just for fun.  I have to admit that I have become quite the poker player and am having so much fun.  It is such a nice break when my classes and studying are finished for the day.

The night my buddy first took me to the casino opened up a whole new world for me.  I had only ever played classic games before this and wondered how I made it through high school without playing poker with my friends.  It is almost a weekly ritual for us to get together and play now.

There are so many television shows that show everyone in New York using a cab to get around.  But I have only seen one where the person was using a limousine – the stylish way to travel.  I decided that on my last trip to New York I would utilize a NYC Limo Rental service and ride around in style.

My search began on the Internet looking for something that limos are used for: Prom.  I did a search on "Prom Limousine New York" and came up with many New York Limousine Rental companies.  I checked out a few sites, made a few phone calls, and booked a limo for when I was going to be in New York.

I would have to say that the trip I rented a limousine was the best trip I have had to New York yet.  There is nothing quite like riding around in a stylish car in the big apple – I loved it!

Alright, I’ll admit it, I love video games.  I love them so much, that if I could, that is all I would do each day – play games.  Sure, this wouldn’t make my life too productive, but at least I would have fun – and that is what life is about.

You might think that a video game addict like myself would not read – but that is not true.  In fact, I spend a lot of time reading reviews of Wii games and also Xbox reviews.  I find reading them quite informative, and I try to base my game purchases on the reviews I read.

Lately I have been trying to find a Nintedo Wii, but I have had little luck.  Whether it is a shortage of the units (that would be my guess) or the fact that the stores in our town are not as big of a priority as larger centers.  I think I may have to find one online – I may have better luck there.

If you are like me, there never seems to be enough time in a day.  Between work, kids, and all the other things that you are supposed to do, it doesn’t leave much free time.  The catch is you need time to play your character in World of Warcraft (WOW) to gain levels, get gold, and complete quests – or do you?  Read some of my suggestions below to solve some of your time problems.

If you are looking for an inexpensive and efficient way to gain levels in WOW, you should consider purchasing one of the available WOW guides online.  Not only do they tell you the best ways to level up your character, but they provide a walk through of all the quests in the game.  You no longer have to sit there and scratch your head to figure out what to do – in fact the guides give you a step by step solution to the game.  It can definitely speed up your progress through the first part of the game – and you can focus on parts of the game you really want to play.

If you think that following a guide will just not be quick enough for you, or won’t allow you to make WOW gold fast enough, there is another solution: you could just buy the character you want.  In fact, there are numerous websites that sell WOW accounts – pick the character and the level, make a payment and there you are.  A good example is that you can start the game at level 20 instead of level one – and actually see what you can do in the game.  The best part about buying an account is the amount of time you save – if you figure it out, it works out to pennies per hour played which isn’t a bad deal at all.

So, save yourself some time gaining levels or hunting for gold by following these tips.  Sure you need a bit of money to do them, but you did scrounge up some money to buy the game right?  This is no different.

Once in awhile I go to visit my girlfriend that lives in Vancouver.  I don’t know if you have ever been there, but it can be a very busy and overwhelming place.  You see, I come from a small town, and I am not used to the crowd, or more than three streets.

So, when I go to visit, I try not to go anywhere without her – for fear of getting lost.  So while she is at work, I try to entertain myself.  Last time I was there, I decided it was time to find something else to do.

You see, most of the time I sit and knit, but lately, that has been hurting my hands.  So, I sat at her computer to try and figure out something that could entertain me.  After a while, I decided that maybe some fun games were in order – that should keep me entertained.

So, I spent the next few hours playing fun action games and fun puzzle games.  I like to alternate between the two to have a little variety.  This way, I don’t get bored sitting at the computer.

I think the next time I go visit, I will take the time to play games again.  When I am here at home, I just don’t have the time to play games – so it makes the vacation seem even more relaxing.
