Women in Asia seem to have more beautiful, flawless skin well beyond their youthful years. It seems as though time stood still and allowed them to maintain this gorgeous look for many years. What do you suppose their secret is? Could it be oolong tea?
Asian women tend to live cleaner lives. They consume better diets and are generally exposed to less environmental toxins. These are few of the reasons behind their gorgeous, youthful skin.
Though we should all eat plenty of veggies, fruits, lean proteins and whole greens, we can fight some of the environmental damage (industrial chemicals, car exhaust etc.) to our skin through oolong tea. The oolong tea that many Asian women drink can fight premature aging, repair damage and create more youthful skin!
All tea is from a plant called Camellia Sinensis. The difference among different teas is due to when the leaves are harvested and the fermentation process that they undergo afterwards.
The fermentation process involves oxidation and crushing the leaves, which darkens the leaves and alters the flavor. Black tea leaves are crushed and bruised and left exposed to oxygen for a long period of time. They are highly fermented. Green tea is not fermented at all, and oolong tea is semi-fermented.
A man named Wu Liang is behind oolong tea. He was picking tea leaves to make green tea when he a deer came out from the trees. He left the tealeaves to hunt the deer.
A few days later, Wu Liang returned and found that his tea leaves had darkened (oxidized) in the sun. Not wanting to waste the leaves, he prepared them for tea regardless of the oxidation that had taken place. To his amazement, the tea tasted much better than the grassy, green tea he previously made.
Among the most beneficial teas in fighting aging is oolong, green and white teas. Oolong tea has the nicest flavor. The antioxidants or phytochemicals in oolong tea are what give it remarkable age-fighting powers.
At the heart of aging lie free radicals. We are exposed to free radicals on a daily basis through UV rays and all of the chemicals and pollutants previously mentioned. Free radical molecules damage our skin (and all tissue) at the cellular level.
They destroy cellular membranes and alter genetic material. As we age, it becomes more and more difficult to fight free radicals and repair the damage. As well, we stop regenerating cells as much as we did when we were younger.
All of this affects our overall health and the breakdown of all tissue. Your skin starts to wrinkle, sag and become more fragile. You start to see all of those early signs of aging.
As mentioned oolong tea contains strong antioxidants. When free radicals damage cells, the process is called oxidation. ANTIoxidants fight this process. They can also repair the damage done AND they are important components of cellular regeneration. This is why drinking oolong tea regularly can improve the health of your skin and restores a more vibrant, healthy appearance to your skin!
Moderately priced and wonderful in flavor, oolong tea is one of the best!
Have you ever stopped and wondered why your bathroom vanity is such an important element in your latrine? The biggest reason it has a higher value placed on it compared to all of the other fixtures in the bathroom is because you have total control over it. You choose where to put it and how large or small of one you need. There are just a few small things you might want to look into when you pick out a brand new vanity. The entire theme of your latrine may rest solely on the type of vanity you choose.
Many of your visitors will have the opportunity to check out your latrine during their visit. The two main items utilized in a bathroom are of course the toilet and the bathroom vanity. No matter how hard they try though they just can’t keep from looking at themselves in the mirror before they head out of the latrine. When the mirror is positioned properly (at eye level) on the wall directly above the vanity all your guests can use it when they feel the need to.
Plus, think about the fact that we are in the routine of looking at our appearance after using the restroom. It is almost a certified impulse since even public restrooms have mirrors most of the time. So you do not want to deprive your guests of something that they naturally do while washing their hands and preparing to leave the room. Due to the fact a bathroom vanity is a standard, you guests will notice if you skip this item.
Also, due to the fact that it is standard to check your appearance, you can guarantee that your guests are going to notice the bathroom vanity and what you have chosen to adorn the wall. Thus, even if you put a lot of touch into the rest of your house, they are going to look down on all your hard efforts if the bathroom pales in comparison.
This is partially due to the fact that this is the one area of the house they notice while they are alone and not preoccupied with conversation. Ironically, they may notice your bathroom vanity more than any other decorative mirror or object in the rest of your life. Therefore, this is the one item that you do not want to skip while redecorating our home no matter what.
Most people match the original size and shape of the current sink and mirror to give a balanced look. You just don’t want your new bathroom to look too empty you can consider choosing a larger mirror because of the smaller type of sink. When you are choosing a good-sized vanity mirror you will take up several inches of the bare wall and also your guests will be able to use it easier.
For those with very simple restrooms, or the common fishy theme, you may choose to instead use a bathroom vanity that is either silver or gold, since these two metals will match pretty much any shower curtain or bathroom fixtures you may already have installed.
For a diabetic a diabetic diet is very important to managing their condition, and in some cases even working towards reversing it. If you’re a diabetic then it’s wise to cut the amount of fats and carbohydrates you consume.
The diabetic diet can help people who suffer from both major types of diabetes. In general there are two types of this disease – type I diabetes which is generally diagnosed in children and young adults and was previously called juvenile diabetes, and type II diabetes which is a more common form of diabetes. Type I diabetics suffer because their bodies don’t produce insulin, while Type II diabetics suffer because their cells don’t absorb insulin. A diabetic diet addresses both types, but type II can actually be avoided or reversed with the proper diet.
In general the diabetic diet is geared towards attaining ideal body weight for controlling and managing diabetes. It’s easy to calculate ideal body weight for men or women. In women add five pounds to 100 for every inch above five feet, and subtract five pounds from 100 for every inch under five feet. At 5’6″ a woman’s ideal body weight is 130. Men add 6 pounds to 106 for every inch over 5 feet tall. At 5’6″ a man’s ideal weight is 142 pounds.
Many people have different opinions on the perfect diabetic diet, however some general elements are in common. For type I diabetics, the ideal diet includes about 16 calories per pound. As an example, someone who weighs 170 pounds would eat 2720 calories daily. Type II diabetics eat about 1500 calories per day to lose weight, then differing amounts of calories to maintain ideal weight.
In a general a diabetic diet carbohydrate intake should be about 50% of the daily caloric intake. Some argue that less carbohydrates are better, but there are advantages to cutting down the fat. Sometimes this can be offset by substituting mono unsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats in the place of saturated fats.

It is never easy to go on a nanny search. One thing that can make it easier would be the right interview set up. Often, this goes beyond asking the right questions. How should you interview a potential nanny?
Important Interview Questions
Interview questions differ per parent or family. A potential nanny may be asked numerous or very little questions. The kinds and number of questions that you ask will depend on you. Do remember though that there are just some questions that you shouldnt miss to ask. These questions are uniformly asked by most, if not all families. These include questions about experience, relevant training, references and child caring practices. These basic questions will initially determine if your interviewee has suitable qualifications.
Supplementary Questions
Learn to ask more than just the obvious questions. Your interview should also consist of supplementary questions that are related to nanny work and your applicant. You can ask an applicant how she has solved past problems with kids, what she has learned in previous nanny work and why she wants to become a nanny.
The reason for these questions is to learn as much as you can about the traits of your nanny. Here answers will give you an idea if you are comfortable with her values and beliefs. Be careful though. If you ask too many meticulous questions, you might just drive the good nannies away.
Interview Set-Up
Your nanny search shouldnt just involve asking questions. You also have to make sure that the interview environment is appropriate. Have your interviewee sit in a comfortable area in your living room. Offer her a drink or some refreshments. This will help break the ice and put your interviewee at ease. This is important. A relaxed and comfortable applicant would be more likely to be conversational and open. You might be able to get hints of past experiences that you might want to know about.
Fee Discussion
Another very important point to consider is the fee of the nanny. This is something that some families tend to put little emphasis on. It is however a very important part of every interview session. After all, people are motivated to work because of compensation. Be sure to ask a potential nanny how much she would be willing to work for. If you do not agree with her rate, let her know how much you can afford. If she agrees to it, make sure she understands that the amount is all she can expect. Arriving at an understanding about fees will help ensure that you have a nanny who will complain and work grudgingly.
Trial Period
Ask about the possibility of a trial period with compensation. This would be a good way to see if your nanny and your kids get along well. Mentioning this during the interview is important because it will help your nanny understand that anything can happen after the trial period. She may or may not get the job depending on how things go.
Your nanny search can yield fruitful results if you know where and how to start your search. You just need to organize the right interview session to find good potential nannies.
UniqueArticleWizard is an amazing service that I use to submit tens of 1000s UNIQUE articles to countless article sites, ezines and blogs with link back in the resource boxes in the articles.
With traditional article marketing tactics, you publish exact the same content to a lot of article directories.
You see, when one and the same article is published, Google quickly understands this is duplicate content.
No, “the big G” will not punish you for doing this. But they will potentially lowers the link value of back links built from duplicate content pages.
Unique Article Wizard will give you a lot more links than any of the competing services like iSnare or Article marketer. I always get 600-1800 links for one UAW submission.
You can take control how many submissions per day for each article, so you wont be sandboxed with Google by getting a lot of backlinks to your sites all at once.
An awesome benefit with UAW is that you can submit as many versions of resource boxes as you want. That means you can use a lot of variety in your links and rank a couple of keywords in just one article.
What UAW really leave their competition in the dust is that the UAW articles usually been approved and submitted within 24 hours, and you can submit unlimited articles per day!
Many of the similar service like submityourarticle.com only allow 8 articles a month.
Lets do the math.
If you only submit one article a day for 1 month with UAW, you will get at least 30 x 600 = 18,000 backlinks! That is almost guaranteed #1 rankings for most keywords.
Actually I submit far less than 30 articles a month with Unique Article Wizard and I still get very good results. That’s why I just hired a full time article writer for me to submit at least one article to UAW every day to make the most of UAW.
But not only that your articles get the syndication from 1000s of other publishers. And since many of the sites you submit are blogs, your articles are indexed or linked by various authority blog directories like technorati.com, that mean you get more quality links for each article you submit.
It’s a total no-brainer if you are serious about building links and getting unstoppable traffic to your sites.

The strange ruling is that for the next few months they must stay together, and give their marriage a chance. With $3 million on the line, they each try to get the other to give up, as both desire to have the cash for themselves.
TWENTY ONE: Twenty One basically recounts the actual tale of M.I.T. wiz kids who formed a team of blackjack winners. These college kids planned, trained, and executed an assault on the casinos. To play in Las Vegas, where card counting can get you banned, they created false identities, and used complex signals to avoid detection. Twenty One is based on the book that tells how the M.I.T. teams took it to the casinos.
10,000 B.C.: This film takes us back almost 12,000 years. When rival hunters invade the Yaghai tribe, they capture, among others, Evolet. A strong young hunter, D’Leh, who loves Evolet, organizes a band of hunters to chase down these warmongers, and rescue Evolet and the others.
These days just about everyone buys or rents films when the come out on DVD, and views them on their home entertainment system. A more recent method for getting films is by using down loading technologies from online sources. The internet has many websites that will download almost any film you can think of.
The honey locust was named for the botanist Gottlieb Glcditsch and for its three-branched, 5 to 15-centimetre-long spines, which grow on the trunk and branches. It is a native of eastern North America, where it is found on moist, rich soils from Texas, northward to the 43rd parallel. It can tolerate drier situations, and is planted in tree belts in the prairies.
It generally grows to a height of no more than 7 to 15 metres. Only in riverinc woods or rich soil does it attain a height of more than 15 metres. The bark is furrowed into rhombic plates and the variety suberosa has corky wings on the twigs. The leaf stalk exudes a milky substance when broken off. The yellow-green flowers appear at the beginning of May, together with the leaves. The fruit, a wide double samara with parallel wings, ripens in September and October.
The honey locust is a light-demanding tree and stands up well to cutting-back. It is found in parks, and sometimes in the vicinity of country dwellings, where it is used as a thorny hedge. The wood, which is hard with reddish brown heartwood, is highly prized. The unripe pods are a favourite food of livestock and the dye they yield is used in colouring fabrics.
The tree of heaven is native to the southern half of China, and in 1751 was introduced into Europe, where it is now grown in the cities and parks in the western, central and southern areas. Thriving best in a mild climate, it grows well in warm lowland areas, particularly in cities, where it has great powers of natural regeneration on clumps and demolished sites.
It, too, is a large tree of fine proportions, reaching a height of 25 to 30 metres, but it never attains the diameter of the sycamore. It differs from the latter in having longitudinally fissured bark, reddish brown buds pressed close to the twig, and sharply- pointed, lobed leaves. When broken off, the stalk exudes a milky white sap. The bright yellow-green flowers appear in April together with the leaves, and are pollinated by insects. The double samaras have wide-spreading wings.
The shoots are thick, and have large leaf scars below the buds. The odd-pinnate leaves are very ornamental, and the inconspicuous yellow-green flowers, arranged in panicles, are usually borne dioeciously. The winged fruit is capable of travelling great distances. The tree of heaven is an important ornamental for city parks and avenues.
There are no true varieties of the loganberry as such. As, however, it is very subject to virus diseases and there are some very poor stocks about, it is important to buy virus-free plants from reliable nurserymen.
The fruits are of a peculiar shape, being brown, round, flattened and with a crown of leaf segments and calyx. No special research has been done on the root stocks but empirical knowledge seems to show that for the half-standard, or standard, the common pear stock is best. Where the tree is to be planted on sandy or dry soil the Crataegus or White Thorn stock is excellent, but where medlars are to be grown in heavy clay soil a quince stock.
These are best planted as ‘struck tips’ in March. The rows should be 6 or 7 feet apart and the tips planted 8 feet apart in the rows. Time to plant is November or March. Age of canes is One year old.
Prune as soon after picking as possible, cutting away the canes that have just fruited and then tying in the new canes in their place. The straw mulching method as advised for blackberries is ideal. I have never known loganberries to be grassed down but in areas of high rainfall this might be a possibility provided one of the finer-graded grasses was used and providing the grass is cut regularly and fed properly.
The Phenomenal Berry is said to be an improved type of loganberry. It ripens undoubtedly a few days later but does not crop so heavily.
Choice varieties for grapes are Brant. It is a very regular cropper and has lovely coloured ornamental foliage in the autumn. The berries are small, black, with a fair non-muscat flavour; Chasselas 1921. A wonderful wall or cloche grape. Is earlier and produces larger berries than the old-fashioned Golden Challeblas. The grapes are golden and of a non-muscat flavour; Chasselas Rose Royale. Excellent for walls and ganwicks. Good cropper. Berries are medium in size, pink in colour and of an excellent non-muscat flavour. Incidentally, they are very ornamental; Excelsor. Another non-muscat flavour but this time a white. A prolific fruiter, berries of very low acidity. Needs warm conditions and then ripens well in the open; Muscat De Saumur. An exceptionally early-cropping golden muscat grape. Berries of medium size but in large bunches; Muscat Hamburgh. Should only be grown against a hot sunny wall or under cloches or ganwicks. A lovely muscat black large berry. Rather delicate; Muscat Queen. Sometimes called Muscat Reine des Vignes. Excellent for walls and under ganwicks or cloches. Does fairly well in the open. A very large berried early white muscat.
By the time you finish reading this, you will know the important point of Chapter 7 bankruptcy. If you are thinking that everyone can file for this type of bankruptcy, you are wrong. Only certain people can file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Well, if you are wondering who, you should read on.
Who Can File Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?
Chapter 7 bankruptcy is available to individuals and some businesses. In order to file Chapter 7 assets should be limited to those that can be claimed as exempt.
Even though sometimes the court may rule that a person is not able to file a Chapter 7, at times, it may be one of the best moves you can make.
The Process
The process of filing for a Chapter 7 may be long as you are required to collect all the information about your debts and your financial situation. Other than that, you’re also required to meet with a counselor and attend counseling.
After going thought this first phase, you will then be able to start filing out the proper forms and filing them with the court. After this, you are required to attend court to plead your case. This will be done over the next few months.
The whole process can last quite some time, but during the process you are protected from debt collection by creditors.
What are the Risks?
If you think bankruptcy is an easy way to clear your debts, think again. Recent changes in the bankruptcy laws has made filing bankruptcy more difficult and in some cases impossible.
If you file for Chapter 7, you will be at risk of losing your assets. Well the bad news doesn’t stop there. You are also going to end up with a damaged credit record. This is one of the worst things that can happen to you as it may not be easy for you to get loans and other forms of credit in the future.
New laws may require you to file a Chapter 13 instead of a Chapter 7 if your income is deemed to be more than the set amount. The court can decide that a repayment plan is better for your situation instead of actually clearing your debts.
Now its time to put the knowledge to the test! You should always remember that bankruptcy is not an easy way out. And if you are serious about filing for Chapter 7, you need to be prepared for the consequences.
