I just haven’t had a good day today.  The day started off horribly after the globe over the light in the hallway just decided to fall and smash on the ground - without anyone touching it.  And that was only the beginning.

I dropped a bowl while trying to eat cereal, missed the bus, and ended up with a parking ticket.  By midday I was in tears as nothing was going right.

But luckily for me my best friend Jane decided that it was her duty to turn my frown upside down.  As a temporary fix, she took me down to the computer lab and sit me in front of a computer.  She proceeded to show me her favorite funny videos and I started to laugh.  Man, some of the stuff she showed me was hilarious.

After about an hour I felt a little bit better.  She sent me to a funny jokes website and she left for class.  When she gets back I think we are going out to play a little pool - that just might turn the day around.
